We will never ask you to send crypto "for verification", share your full seed in chat, or grant remote control of an exchange account. If anyone claiming to be us asks for that — stop and contact us via this site only.

Do you take custody of my crypto?

No. Recovery restores access under your control. We are not a custodian and do not hold customer assets.

Can I paste my seed phrase here?

Are you licensed by SC Malaysia?

This page describes a technical access-recovery service, not a CMSA-regulated capital-markets product or licensed digital-asset custodian. We do not offer trading or investment products.

How is personal data handled?

Contact and case meta only, under PDPA principles. No seed phrases or private keys are stored. Full privacy notice: privacy.html.

Who does the technical work?

A vetted partner technical team. POKAPOKA coordinates intake, communication, and invoicing. You remain the asset owner.

What if someone asks me to send coins first?

That is a scam. We never ask for crypto "verification" transfers. Report and stop.
